By opening a TheNexus MasteryBox code, you agree to these rules.

Gift Rewards Are Random
Each TheNexus MasteryBox code reveals one random reward from the active gift pool. Specific rewards are not guaranteed unless clearly stated by an admin.

Keep Your Code Private
Do not share your MasteryBox code with anyone except official KD1 Discord Support when claiming a manual reward.

Manual Rewards Require Discord Claim
Skin rewards, key rewards, and jackpot drops require a KD1 Discord ticket with your code and redemption screenshot.

No Duplicate Claims
Each code can only be redeemed once. After delivery, the code is marked as delivered and cannot be claimed again.

Coupon Rewards
Coupon rewards are shown after reveal. Save the coupon code and contact KD1 Discord Support if you need help using it.

Delivery Time
Manual rewards are delivered as soon as possible after admin verification. Delivery time may vary depending on reward type and support queue.

Equivalent Replacement Rule
If a specific reward cannot be delivered, KD1 may provide an equivalent reward from the same category or value range.

Abuse and Fraud
Fake claims, leaked codes, reselling claimed codes, or attempting to exploit the system may result in claim cancellation and server restrictions.

Official Support Only
All manual reward claims must go through official KD1 Discord Support. We are not responsible for codes shared with fake users or unofficial accounts.
